General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the website Al Fakher 24h make. Our offer is aimed at end consumers within the European Union (EU). By placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Order and conclusion of contract
By submitting the order on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the listed products. We reserve the right to confirm or reject orders at our discretion. After receiving your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation by email, which does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is only concluded when you receive a separate shipping confirmation.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices on our website include VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs if your order does not reach the minimum order value for free shipping (€49.99 in Germany). The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process.
4. Payment
We offer the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer (SEPA)

- iDEAL (Netherlands)
- Bancontact (Belgium)
Payment is due immediately after completing the order. For bank transfers or payments with cryptocurrencies, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery and delivery time
We only ship our products from our European warehouse. The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days within the EU. If delays occur, we will inform you immediately. If products are no longer available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In such a case, the amount already paid will be refunded immediately.
6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
6.1 Cancellation before shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order if it has not yet been dispatched. To do this, please contact us by email [email protected]. In this case we will refund you the full purchase amount.
6.2 Withdrawal after dispatch
Once your order has been shipped and a shipping confirmation with tracking information has been received, cancellation is no longer possible. We therefore ask you to check your order carefully before sending it.
7. Returns and Refunds
We attach great importance to the quality of our products. However, if you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will review the case and offer you a replacement or refund if necessary. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence to process complaints.
Products that have already been opened or used cannot be returned.
8. Liability and warranty
Our liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence is unlimited. For slightly negligent violations of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable to the extent of the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. The warranty is based on the legal provisions.
9. Data protection
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Any personal information you provide will be treated confidentially and only in accordance with our Privacy Policy processed.
10. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by the regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions is, to the extent permitted by law, the headquarters of our company.
