1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by customers via the website Al Fakher 24h place. Our offer is directed at end consumers within the European Union (EU). By submitting an order, you agree to the following General Terms and Conditions.
2. Ordering and contract conclusion
By submitting your order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the listed products. We reserve the right to confirm or reject orders at our discretion. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email, which does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The purchase contract is only concluded when you receive a separate shipping confirmation.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices on our website are inclusive of statutory value-added tax. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs if your order does not reach the minimum order value for free shipping (€49.99 in Germany). The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
4. Payment

The payment is due immediately upon completion of the order. For bank transfers or payments with cryptocurrencies, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
5. Delivery and delivery time
We dispatch our products exclusively from our European warehouse. The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days within the EU. Should delays occur, we will inform you immediately. If products are no longer available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In such a case, the amount already paid will be refunded immediately.
6. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Cancellation before dispatch

6.2 Cancellation after dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation with tracking information is available, cancellation is no longer possible. We therefore ask that you carefully check your order before it is sent.
7. Returns and Refunds
We place great importance on the quality of our products. However, if you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will review the case and, if necessary, offer you a replacement or refund. For processing complaints, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence.
Products that have already been opened or used are excluded from return.
8. Liability and Warranty
Our liability for damages based on intent or gross negligence is unlimited. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable to the extent of the typical and foreseeable damage. The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.
