Processing and shipping

  • Processing time: As soon as we receive your order, we will begin processing it within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping time: Once processed, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days to minimize delays and get your products on their way as quickly as possible.

Delivery times and shipping methods

We offer our customers in the EU various shipping options to best serve both individual buyers and large customers:

  • Free shipping from €49.99: For orders within Germany we offer free shipping for orders over €49.99. Typically the delivery time is 3-7 working days from the shipping date.
  • European shipping: Orders to other EU countries are also shipped from our European warehouse. The delivery time varies between 5 and 10 working days depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs

  • Germany: For orders under €49.99 the shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99.
  • EU countries: Shipping costs for EU countries start from €9.99, depending on the destination country and order size. For exact shipping costs, please contact our customer service.

Order changes and cancellations
